- About me
- Howdy! As you can probably tell, my name is Kevin Coyle.
I'm originally from Southern California, but I've lived in the Bay Area, Hong Kong and I now live in Japan.
If you check out my resume, I used to work for National Semiconductor, in their DVD division,
providing engineering support for our customers here.
Until I moved to Hong Kong, I practiced tae kwon do, since 1996. The first time I lived in Tokyo, I did
Shin-Kyokushin karate for about a year, now I've been too busy with work at my job with Sony.
In lieu of martial arts, I'd bought a motorcycle as was riding it around for about half a year on an international license.
I got my Japanese car license (for a manual transmission) and was trying to get the motorcycle license, but tests are pretty tough here.
I've also continued playing soccer with my old team here, and have been having lots of fun doing that.
I also just recently learned how to ski, which is much easier than snowboarding from that one experience. It's also much easier
taking the lifts.
Anyway, I hope you find something useful or interesting here!
